This page describes how this marketing site handles information. It is not a substitute for a counsel-reviewed policy.

What we collect

If you submit the demo form, HubSpot receives the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, phone, lead volume, the topic you want to review, and any notes. We use that record to follow up about a walkthrough.

HubSpot and Cloudflare Turnstile

This site loads HubSpot tracking so a demo request can be tied to the same browser session. The demo form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives a verification token so we can reject automated submissions. Do not submit the form if you do not want that processing.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some pages embed videos from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. When a video loads or you interact with it, YouTube or Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and interaction details, and may use cookies or similar storage according to its policies and your browser settings. This domain helps reduce cookie use but does not eliminate third-party processing. You can use the “Watch on YouTube” links to open the videos directly on YouTube.

Calendly scheduling

The demo page includes an embedded Calendly scheduler so you can choose a walkthrough time without waiting for a follow-up. Calendly may process information you submit while booking, such as your name, email address, answers, and selected time, under its own privacy practices. The scheduler loads from calendly.com; you can also open the booking page directly if you prefer.

What we do not do here

This website is not an HVAC customer SMS program. Submitting the demo form does not enroll you in application-to-person messaging. Customer messaging, consent, and opt-out are handled inside a company’s own ServiceRise deployment.

Operators

When ServiceRise is deployed for an HVAC company, that company is responsible for the customer data it collects, including website inquiries, call events, and SMS conversations. ServiceRise processes that information to respond, qualify, notify staff, and keep an opportunity record.
